located at the very top of - and built into Raphune Hill, the largest hill on St.Thomas.

As you wind your way up the hill to the Villa, you can see the cruise ship docks,

the main harbor of Charlotte Amalie, and the rest of the world simply falling away.

The main entrance into the villa opens into a welcoming Great Room with cathedral ceilings, large windows and floor to ceiling glass doors to let in some of that famous St.Thomas sunshine.

Then just take a stroll outside onto the huge balcony to view 180° of St.Thomas, Charlotte Amalie

and Havensite, a major cruise ship dock and shopping mall.

You'll also be awed by the beautiful turquoise blue Caribbean sea, clear skies

and that soothing, caressing tropical breeze.

In addition to the breathtaking views, from this large covered balcony, perfect for cocktails or coffee, you'll also overlook the Villa grounds which include the crystal blue pool, tiki bar & gaming area, jetted hot tub,

outdoor seating area with gazebo and lush tropical gardens.

This is a lovely spot, well known for special parties and wedding ceremonies. Enough space to accommodate larger groups while secluded enough for

more intimate gatherings.

The Great Room is designed for conversations and entertaining.

The main plasma screen TV and stereo sound system are both located here....

but it is also designed for curling up with a book, resting and relaxing.

This villa is designed in a laidback, upscale Caribbean style and will make you feel immediately at home, at peace, and indulgent all at once.

The spacious dining area is complete with table and chairs for eight

with an additional dining nook off the gourmet kitchen, seating for six.

Speaking of gourmet kitchens! You'll find everything to make you feel at home including a bar area which is complete with glasses, shakers, openers, and anything else you would need for making cocktails. Offering new stainless steel appliances, dinnerware, flatware, glasses, cookware, small appliances and conveniences to make your stay comfortable, this kitchen is roomy and well designed.

Inside the laundry area there's a restaurant style ice maker so

you'll never run out of ice for those cool refreshments.

Treat yourself to an in-home chef to prepare some of our favorite

and delicious local West Indian dishes.

The main area of the house has three bedrooms on the first floor and two bedrooms on the second floor. There are also three large full baths, two being adjacent between bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own air conditioner, lean linens, alternate down comforters with tropical print duvets. Each bedroom has an alarm clock, TV and DVD player.

The Main Floor

Tropical Island Master Suite - This spacious room is located just inside the front entry to your right. The suite has a queen size bed,

large sitting area with couch and a private master bath with a spa shower.

Blue Ocean Bedroom - This bedroom comes with a queen bed

and shares an adjacent full bathroom with the Sunset Suite.

Sunset Suite - Holds a queen bed and small sitting area, opening up

to the large main balcony.

The Second Floor

Starfish Bedroom - This comfortable bedroom has a queen bed

and shares an adjacent full bathroom with the Harbor View Suite.

The Harbor View Suite - This room holds a queen size bed and has a small sitting area, sharing the bathroom with the Starfish Bedroom and has a private balcony overlooking Charlotte Amalie.

The outside is, of course, the the favorite spot for hanging out - day or night. Relax in the hot tub, cool off in the pool, make yourself a refreshing cocktail while challenging your friends to a game of foosball, or just spend some time soaking up the ambience of the island. Catch a nap in the hammock or pull up a lounge chair around the pool deck. The covered Tikki Bar comes complete with a dining table, perfect for cook-outs and alfresco dining. So fire up th grill, make sure you bring your sunscreen and enjoy.
